Refund/Cancelation Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return/refund: memberships, plans, advertising space, clothing and accessories. If you choose to participate in any Events, gatherings, meet and greets, or any social dynamic situation and a fee is collected you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind should the event, gathering, meet and greet, or social dynamic be canceled by venture vixens or yourself. Additionally if you not be able to attend the event, gathering, meet and greet, or social dynamic after paying you will not recieve a refund for any reason.
